You're what? An A cup? If you don't want to be mistaken for a boy then I can fix you up. Though, your Makoto friend wasn't far from wrong. Massaging the breasts with warm hands improves the blood flow, which in turn increases the overall size for women on the smaller end of the scale. It'll make them firmer and give a nicer cup shape too, except it'll take months to see any effect.
