It's my nose that is bothering me the most today. I.e. it feels really dry and that is irritating it. I will be glad when this stupid cold is gone.

Have you tried the saline spray for the nose. It's real mild and helps a lot. I got some for my FIL when nothing else worked and he was amazed. I don't have any here for myself. :( I need to ask Matt if he'll pick some up for me.

I just brought out the Zicam actually. If this doesn't help I'll definitely look into the saline spray.
