Why do I have to title each of these entries to make them show up well?

Okay, so not much interesting stuff happened today. I did end up driving me and my mom to the local UNO'S restaurant for lunch, where we ate just short of $15 of food so that we couldn't use a coupon. Food was okay; the clam chowder I got was extra-thick and VERY delicious, though. After that, I drove my mom to Bed Bath and Beyond for some stuff and then to Sam's to pick up photos dating back to last December. Included were pictures from my trip to China earlier this summer and of the icy landscape of Niagara falls around Christmastime.
Then it was those icy landscape photos that immediately inspired me to transcribe the "Ice World" (World 6) theme from Super Mario Bros. 3. Woot; work is now catalogued as AS.12 ("AS"="assorted stuff")
Then, later in the day, I remembered Katrina was heading toward Florida. For whatever reason, not accounting for the possibility that it would have knocked out phone service, I decided to call several of my friends just past 9 PM (when, of course, my cell phone would get unlimited minutes). I actually ended up reestablishing contact with a friend from HS, plus saying hello to two others. Looks like the storm again relatively spared Broward County, since it seems that stuff around there, while blown around pretty well, is still rather okay. Lepordhawk, while talking to me, told me that a transformer just blew on a nearby house, but at least she still has power.
That conversation with Lepordhawk was probably the highlight of my day.
