I just broke my speakers.

In the course of trying to stick a USB cable into a very badly positioned slot on my computer (right above the table surface and right beneath another USB cable), one of my speakers fell onto the ground one time too many. It still works, but the connection to the other speakers is broken, and broken in a way that's probably a real pain to solder back together.
I already have a research paper and a thesis due this Friday, along with miscellaneous other crap to deal with. Just when everything goes bad, Murphy has to make it worse, right?
