Schedule.
I'm writing up a schedule for myself. Not something to slavishly follow, but something which I'll edit with the pen I carry with me any time I need to reschedule obligations.
I think when I edit out my homework time I'll become painfully aware of all of the time I take out of doing homework, the same way carrying and using cash instead of using a credit or debit card (including the student card debit system here) makes me painfully aware of how much money I'm spending. Or at least I hope this happens.
