UGH I hate the feeling of having only a few hours sleep and feeling all jittery from having two or three cups of coffee. But luckily this is my last day of study for maybe forever, at least unless I fail tomorrow but I'm pretty sure I'm going to do OK.
Had my Lit test last night. Wasn't spectacular, but wasn't completely bad either. However, at the end of the exam, I was right on the LAST sentence when they announced "stop writing." In my many past experiences in exams, both literature and whatnot, that meant "finish your sentence and then stop writing," and all the supervisors knew this and gave examiners the courtesy of making sure the last thing they write down makes sense. So I was writing the last couple of words when one of the supervisors, a cunt, said "stop writing" and grabbed the paper from me while I was still writing on it. Then she took all my other stuff and moved on. I couldn't believe she didn't wait for me to hand over MY paper myself, instead treating me like a naughty child, or something. The guy next to me seemed to sympathise with me.
I was so surprised by this that I forgot that I hadn't named or signed my paper, and when I got her attention and tried to tell her this, she gave me the worst look and walked away. Then when everyone had moved away and I was still sitting there, she came back and got all bitchy at me when I explained that my paper didn't have my name or signature on it. She started to lecture me about something but I didn't even look at her. I took it in my stride while it happened, but I was really pissed off afterwards.
Also, pretty awful that Belinda Emmett died from cancer yesterday. I've never been a big fan of Home and Away, but I always thought she was kinda cute, and she was still young too. And I can't stand Rove McManus but it's sad that he lost his wife.
