............Why didn't anyone tell me how fucking awesome Samurai Champloo was? My god, I was a cynical bitch about it the past couple of years since I saw the trailer, raised an eyebrow and dismissed it as a retarded cash-in on Cowboy Bebop's success (despite people telling me over and over that it's the same director etc.), but OMFG it's so awesome and I so know what DVD box set I'm gonna nag my sister to get me for Christmas. I need to go spread its love to everyone I know NOW. That includes you people on my friends list (although most of you have probably seen it two years ago and are over it). It was a shock and delight hearing Zoro's voice come out of Mugen, and there is so much crackiness (the rapping guys in episode 15/16/whatever broke my brain, as well as the baseball episode), and it didn't end the way I thought it would which is a good thing.
Anyway, the next couple of weeks are going to be hell, starting from tomorrow morning. I have work all day, then I gotta go to a party, leave before midnight (teehee), and get up at 5 to go to work the next morning. Then come home and get into uni studies. I have two tests next week, a test and two essays due the week after. Yuck.
