We often see displays like these in Greenhills, LV "grade A" knock-offs that can still cost thousands, but can you tell that the Louis Vuitton merchandise on the picture above are real? During Takashi Murakami's exhibit opening at the Brooklyn Museum, they set up this display in front of the museum as an action against counterfeiting. Plus, there was also a mini-exhibit of fake LVs up.
How will they fight against counterfeiting this way? I'm confused. Someone please explain to me.
