Its About Tiime
Well its been a really long time since I wrote in here. So I figured since im snow bound I would write a little passage. so here it goes.
So my new years eve was interesting. The plan was to go into the city to see the ball drop with meredith and her friend and whoever else. Well her friend got sick so we had to come with some other options. One of which was to go to qxts. That was the best option that was out there. So I figure let me take meredith for a nice porteguese dinner and then we would go. Well we get to the place we had to park a little far away which made meredith nervous because we were in elizabeth and one of her friends told her that elizabeth wasnt a place for her to be walking around in. whatever so we get to the restaurant and they were only taking reservations,but we could sit at the bar. well meredith didnt want to sit there so i took her on back to cranford where then we drove to clark and ate at chillis. Meanwhile she was just getting over a cold or a cold was starting and she was coughing up a storm. So after dinner i double checked with her to make sure she was ok to go to qs. Well we get to qs and began drinking our drinks. I ended up paying for her, but she drank one maybe 2 beers that was it. Im like geeez and the beers didnt seem to be going down smooth so I coudlnt drink as many as i wanted to in the hr i had for free beers. Anyways. She was getting bored and was waiting for the ball to drop. Well we got our champagne and watched it dropped and then she was ready to go. We get to the parking lot and some couple was fighting and some dude was kicking her car door so im like woa here let me go see whats up. She was like no what fuck get back in the car. So im like ok whatever. I saw the girl and guy take off running. Not sure what happened after that. So i pulled out of the parking lot and i had to yield to a group of people that were crossing the st. Well all of the sudden meredith flips out on me asking me why the fuck i was stopping. Im like well im yielding shes like is ur doors lock blah blah. im like holly shit calm the fuck down. Well The whole trip back was not soo good. All we did was fight about me yelling at her talking down to her. and shit. She was also upset that i would try to help that girl out. then we got into a discussion about my beliefs of using the 911 system. Its a great system, but if a girl is getting raped im not gona call 911 and wait for the cops to come. I think as a man i have the obligation to grab the dude and pull him off of the girl and then call 911. So many issues well after meredith left, i went right back to qs. Had the best time after that. New Years day my friend shauna and i went to see a sublime tribute band at the stone pony. That was fun, met some of her friends she usually chill with and such. Didnt drink as much as i usually do, in fact i stopped drinking and began drinking water. Good thing, cops were everywhere that nite. So on sunday I paid a visit to meredith and we didnt talk about friday at all in fact nothing every came up about that nite. I wasnt sure if we were all set but whatever i figured it was going to be over. So far so good im still with her.
One night Shauna her friend heather and me and meredith went to champs for their karaoke nite. Well Shaunas friend kind of got my attention. The whole nite was awesome there were soo many good looking girls there, but i had to behave since I was with meredith unfortunately. It turns out this one girl i talk to online was there and i was checking her out and didnt even know I knew her, i guess it was a good thing though cause i would be digging myself a hole. So Shauna mentioned that her friend was on myspace, so i figured ill add her what the hell. So one wed nite shauna and heather were going to black thorne for some drinks and shauna invited me out. Well i really started to get to know and like shaunas friend. She was down to go to suspenders and that where i really like her. She was very open and funny about all kinds of shit. Eventually we talked more and i was invited to see some bands play for the tsunami disaster relief. So i bought two tickets, one for me and one for my friend pam who wanted to go. Well friday meredith was away so i was like hmmm maybe i should invite heahter with me to qs. But then im like its not really her type of place and plus shes coming all the way from old bridge. Didnt think she probably could have slept over shaunas. Anyways. Sat came and i hung out with meredith just chilled watched a movie. On Sun was the disaster relief show. It turns out pam had a wake to go to so i had an extra ticket, but no one could actually go. So i figured i would be able to sell it, well we got there kind of late missed a few bands and i couldnt find anyone to sell my ticket to. So i was like o well gave it tothe bouncer and i was like the money went to a good cause no big deal. Well being i wasnt driving, but i still had work monday. Didnt matter I was drinking and drinking, shaunas friend heather was buying me beer i bought her beer it was great. Well me and heather kissed and kissed some more and kind of got carried away almost got kicked out of starland by the lesbian security girl with her happy hands. Well that nite i knew that now ii know that heather liked me back or something. Well as the week gone by ii was looking for another chance to hang out with her. But soo many things were preventing me to, finally I had my break this friday.
Friday was my 3 friend bday get together at a bar called jim dandys in cedar grove. So I brought meredith and my x friend Scott brought my x gf April. I knew from that moment it was going to be a rough nite. So I had a few beers and shots and once they left I was back to normal. Of course the only time april acknowledged me was when she was leaving with scott. We said our goodbyes. Meredith had work on sat we had to leave early. I got home around 12 so i was like ok time for qs. Well As i was driving and talking on the cell phone and sure enough a cop pulls along side me and then turns into the gas station next to the st i was turning down on to turn around. ANd he pulls me over. Im like why did u pull me over, hes like cause u were swirving in out of lanes. Im like i was hmm.. hes like how many beers u have. Im like one, hes like i smell more then that. IM like nope just one. handed him my pba card and he let me go. Well on my way to qs i called up heather to see if she was still in the area with shauna. She mentioned she was hanging out with her up in my parts. Well I called just in time, cause she just got home. Well I picked her up and took her to qxts. We bought some beers and ended up really liking each other. I might have even did some dancing with her. Very good nite Good times.
