A couple of birthdays...
Rin's birthday was this past Tuesday......And naturally, being the wonderfully caring boyfriend that I am, I made sure to make it the best damn birthday possible for him....Or at least, as close as I can get to accomplishing that. Which of course, meant lots of shopping...Though I didn't mind it, for once. It's his birthday...so it's simply nice getting to see him enjoy himself...
We also went to that hairdresser that he's grown so fond of since we've been here so he could get his routine hair dye treatment and styling done....I chose not to join in on getting my own hair done this time. I managed to put up with them touching my hair that one time, but I'm not interested in making it a repeat performance...I still don't know how Rin puts up with it on such a frequent basis...But then, Rin has a hair fetish, so I guess that it shouldn't really be that surprising...
...Speaking of fetishes...We ended up doing a number of other things together that I wouldn't consider G-rated...And while I did say I wouldn't spare the details next time, I think I'll keep things to myself this time just to save Rin the embarrassment...It was his birthday, after all...I can be considerate for once. But needless to say...I made damn sure he was happy when all was said and done~~♥
And while that's done, I still need to plan something for Nozomi's birthday, which will be coming up on the 20th....Yeah, she was born on the spring equinox...Supposedly a lucky thing, and I guess it's true that she always has brought luck to everything she involves herself in...and anyone who is fortunate enough to be around her....And there are few others I know who can brighten up someone's day quite like she can...Kinda like Rin...But then, he was born in March also, so there you have it...
I still don't really know what I'm going to get her...She has enough damn stuffed animals and dolls already...And she probably wouldn't want more anyhow just because she'd keep thinking I'd end up mutilating the toy....Though, honestly, I tend to be kinder to the things I buy for her and Etsuko...She likes it when I bring home things from Tokyo for her...Maybe I'll do something like that...Though I'm thinking just paying a visit home on her birthday would make her happy enough....Truthfully, I'm not really in a hurry to go back to Okinawa for once, due to tensions with Kaa-san still being a problem...But just to see my little sister on her birthday, I'll go anyway...
[OOC: Chinen's such a sap when it comes to his little sisters, I swear. XD Though, surprisingly, he seems to get along well with little kids well, once you get past their crying due to him trying to scare them, which is kinda disturbing. >>;]
