Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Kellyn's 5'7½, and has an athletic build due to being a Ranger, i.e. running around doing acrobatics to help Pokémon in need... and he pretty much grew up as a farmboy.
2. How old is he?
He just turned 18 in PokéDressing. Timeline wise, using his three canon for age material-

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
The former is his usual one... when he slouch, it usually means that he's very upset over something.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Kellyn's in pretty good shape, what with being a Ranger and all, and he rarely gets sick.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
...Let me get back to you on that one.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Kellyn is said to be cute, handsome, and sometimes even both by just about everyone affiliated to the Ranger Union. Of course, when he looks in the mirror, he just sees... Kellyn Hajimé.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Kellyn is very slightly tanned, and you have to look very, very close to see the tiny scars he has on the visible parts on his body. (Another scar is mentioned at Question 10 of this part.)
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
His hair is brown of a chocolate shade, and his hair... well... there's a reason his nickname is Buizel. Besides that it seems like a normal, chin length cut.
9. What color are his eyes?
Green... except it's not his natural eye color, which is blue. It's still unknown what caused the change, but Éclipse suspects her father marked him somehow.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
The scar on his back is his trademark. As pointed out by the images, the scar was caused by a confused Gallade who used Psycho Cut on the five-years old Kellyn, who was saved by Spenser, the Ranger Leader of Ring Town. Since his uniform (and his usual clothes) hides this, most people outside of Almia and Fiore aren't aware of this.
11. What are his chief tension centers?
He does try to stay happy/smiling despite the fact he's in pain until it goes too much for him... or it involves Gallades and his scar. Thought he's not as bad as he was before he became a Top Ranger.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
He has a VERY diverse wardrobe, all for different occasions, and of course of different colors that he thinks suits him, or that someone else picked up for him.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
His clothes are practically made for him, and he doesn't wear clothes he's not comfortable in.
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
Of course not. On the job he's never without his uniform... unless he's on a Mission in which he HAS to pass incognito,
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Kellyn has never worn underwear, ever, in his life. (Except diapers as a baby, but that's a given.)
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
Here, have a voice clip. ...Except give him a country accent, and you have my Kellyn. *I have no clue what to describe his voice.*
2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
He's pretty even, and it's easy for him to talk. As for being loud or soft, he's pretty much in between.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Besides the country accent and his Fall Town Fiorean dialect, his nickname of Buizel isn't just for his hair. He tends to utter, as a verbal tic, a "Buiii!" when he's unable to say anything coherent. (Factoid- Kellyn's Japanese seiyuu also played the Buizel in the Manaphy movie.)
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
He's very fluent in both Almian and Fiorean. There are other language he can understand, but it's unknown if he can actually speak it.
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Usually when he's angry... or when he's talking with family.
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
It really depends on his state of mine, the situation at hand, and the information he has.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Kellyn is very simplistic in his talk, but he does bust out a few eloquence when he's able to.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
He may not be a genius like Isaac, a school friend, but the fact he can use his book smarts into his street smarts and vice versa and the fact he's the youngest Top Ranger to be assigned (as well as being assigned after being an official Ranger for not even a year) earned him the nickname the "Genius Ranger."
2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
Again, it really depends on what's going on at the moment. Thought usually he's able to think of something on the fly.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Another reason why he's called the Genius Ranger is that it seems like he has a balance of logic and intuition. Using the latter and his knowledge, he's able to use the former to come to the most likely conclusion. Due to that thought process, it's a little confusing on which side of idealism or practicability he leans on.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
He's a graduate of Almia's Ranger School (as well as the representative). It's unknown if he had any former education, but from the whole "transfer student" thing in said school, it very likely he did had some form of it prior to his Almian arrival.
5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
His main area of expertise is, of course, anything that involves being a Ranger, up and including its history, the basics of Pokémon in the wild and methods of capturing. (He's got a museum-worthy collection of anything and everything Ranger since he can remember, for cryin' out loud!) Things he is interested in learning more are Pokémon Trainers, Breeders, Coordinators, and the likes, mainly because he works internationally now.
6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
Mostly extroverted. He makes friends easily, enjoys life, and he's always out helping people and Pokémon in need.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Kellyn is a very happy-go-lucky, genuine nice guy who's working hard with a smile on his face. Which, of course, means that the "Beware the Nice Ones" trope fits him.
8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
As always, it mostly depends on what's going on... what the people are doing and what the situation is.
9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
See above.
10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Kellyn is mostly a fighter, but like Barlow said, "There's no shame in fleeing."
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
Get back to the mun for that, she's not exactly sure about that one herself.
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them?
Although it's unknown if it is, or it's just a fangirl's gag, but if he does have OCD, it's undiagnosed. Kellyn tends to overreact when someone touches just about anything in his collection without his permission... especially if you have dirty hands.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
Primo (Hey, it's another of his names!): The Gallade Incident.
Secundo: All of "Shadows of Almia". Including the downloadable events.
14. What does he fear?
GALLADES. Except now he's not as afraid as he used to be. He's not as nervous around those from Trainer Areas, and if he knows them, he's fine.
15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
He wishes he can retire his Ranger job at a very old age.
16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
The fact he doesn't wear any underwear.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
They're very, very close. Gathering from his parents' quotes ingame, they love their son very much and care for his well-being, but they know he's responsible enough to take care of himself. Kellyn tends to fill his dad with pride, as well.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
Kellyn has a little sister, and they're very close as well. She was the one he was writing to back in Ranger School, and she also tends to wake him up. She also seem to idolize him, considering during the endgame, she wanted him to teach her how to capture.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
Fanon-wise, there isn't any blood relatives he doesn't like, and lived in a multi-generational household. Also, Kate (the female Player Character in his game) is written as his cousin.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
All his Pokémon are family, and his bond with Swirl is strong, yet he is even closer with Éclipse. That might be due to the fact that she's more human than Darkrai (seeing as she lived most of her life in Human Forme.), and that she considers him part of her family, as well.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
KEEEEEITH. He never took that rivalry thing back when they met at the Ranger School seriously. While they slowly started a nice friendship, it wasn't until Kincaid's framing of the Styler theft that the two really became close. And once they came back together after becoming Top Rangers, they've never been inseparable.
6. Does he have other close friends?
He's also good friends with Rhythmi, Isaac and Ponte at school. Pokémon-wise, he's buddies with a wild Wailord, Chen and Mobius, as well as K.T. He also has idols in the form of the four Ranger Leaders of Fiore (especially Spenser and Joel), knows personally all of Fall Town's Ranger and some of Ring Town's, and he's made friends with the whole Vientown and Chicole Village citizens. He also consider Ash Ketchum as a friend despite being with him for so little, and secretly harbors a small crush on him.
7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?
The former.
8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
Both are important for him.
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once?
Single, and currently happy that way.
10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
See above.
11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest?
His first one was Solana, and his latest is Ash.
12. What does he look for in a romantic partner?
Someone who loves him for who he is, who isn't afraid to tell him when he's acting stupid, and who's able to handle his quirks.
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any?
No, but he'd like some, blood-related or not.
14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
He doesn't consider anyone as his rival (despite Keith's insistence.) However, his enemies are Team Dim Sun, and he hates them.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
It's pretty much unknown- it's assumed to be 3, considering he managed to harbor a crush on a girl and a boy.
16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
It's not really a concern for him, and it's nothing he's interested in, either. ...Yet.
17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
We'll get back to this later.
Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type?
Kellyn is May 11th, so he's a Taurus... unfortunately, it's not known if he is one or he's influenced by his unknown Chinese Zodiac... or his blood type, B.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life?
It's pretty unknown if he does or doesn't. He does love that male Hakurei Reimu costume back from Halloween, thought.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
It's pretty much unknown if he does get payed as a Ranger, but in Fiore his family could afford a few luxuries because of the above-average sales of the merchandise the whole family helped grow and make.
2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
Kellyn will always be middle-class, even if he's a big hero in Almia (and Fiore). He really prefers the simple life.
3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
Kellyn shares a one-bedroom suite with Keith at the dorms in the Ranger Union, and he also crashes home in Chicole Village where his parents and his little sister lives. (Also, back in Fiore, he lived in an old manor that was build on a dehydrated swamp.) The former is a bit old, but refurbished, and his house is almost brand-new of five years.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
CDs of his favorite artists, DVDs of his favorite shows, occasionally some new clothes, a new video game once in a while, and rarely something a little more geeky (including books).
5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
If you haven't figured it out by now, Kellyn is a Top Ranger who earned his title, and who pretty much would never trade his job for something else because he LOVES it.
6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
Kellyn enjoys reading, listening to music, watching the occasional TV show, play a bit on the computer and playing with the Pokémon as well as video games. He also occasionally goes out to socialize with the other Rangers.
7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
Kellyn eats pretty well, and when he does eat out, it's mostly at the local diner or the canteen. He also tends to bring meal replacements on Missions, as well.
