Voting
So I voted this morning before work. Rode my bike down to the Kidd Springs Rec Center, and filled my ballot. There were only 4 people there at 8:30am - after seeing all of the long lines elsewhere on the TV, that was a bit of a surprise. The scanner showed a count of 104, I was the 105th to vote. Of course I live in a small precinct, I think there are less than 700 voters in the 2 precincts that vote at the rec center.
It felt great! Because no matter who wins, it will NOT be George Bush! He left Texas bankrupt after being Governor, and now he's done the same to the US. To all of you who voted for him - I told you this would happen in 2000. (petty, yes, I know)
