Warnings mild spoilers for the end of Inception.
Effects confidence, a feeling of overcoming hurdles.

Just as in her first dream, her eyes open up to the wrought-iron grate of an old elevator. She slides it open with a forceful hoist - expending slightly more energy than perhaps others might have; she is a small girl, after all - and strides down the long hallway. She knows where she's going, she knows the layout of the house - Cobb's house.

When she reaches the kitchen, eyes glazing over the table to land on Mal. Ariadne had moved silently this time, making sure that she catches the older woman off-guard. Mal's eyes snap up to her, wide as she gasps in surprise; her hand moves to the knife set upon the table, but Ariadne moves faster. She snatches up the knife before Mal can, using one hand to push the woman against the wall, knife held to Mal's throat.

    "Let us go."

[Ariadne awakens alone. It's the first dream she's had since she woke from her sleep coma, the details of which were jotted down with all of her other notes, and the first she's controlled here. After all, that was the intent. She only hopes that its effects reached those within the dream.]
