i've come to the conclusion that i should stay away from all people the week before and the week of my period. my new medicine makes it so i'm not dying with pain but my mood swings are so severe…like it's ridiculous. i go from being so angry i want to kill someone to having an emotional meltdown for no apparent reason.

honestly guys…you shouldn't even be in contact with me for 2 out of the 4 weeks in every month. it would be safer for all parties involved. trust me. i'd lose fewer friends that way…
