So TFA (Teach For America, for those you not into acronyms) makes it's teachers do a lot of discussion on white priviledge  before going into teaching It's part of the Diversity Community and Achievement curriculum.

So when I cam across this post from vulgarlad  I wanted to share it out. Tim Wise is an awesome writer anyways.

So here for the brave of heart is a great essay.
