I had a tough time with this one, and I think because for once, the episode did give us a lot more than we usually get, so it didn't leave a lot for me. We'll see how it ends up reading.

I love this episode too, but I'm so greedy--I want more! Listening to RDM's podcast, about how he could have watched a whole episode of A/R on that blanket, I'm thinking, then why didn't you shoot that, you bastard!
I can't wait for your take on this.
We'll see. I'm distrustful of stories that take too much effort to write. I would re-read, decide it was still missing something, add something, take something out, and then finally decided to just step away and put it up.
And I can't abide writers whining about suffering for their art, so I'll shut up too! :D

Billy telling Dee and Dee inadvertantly telling Bill about laura's family. That's absolutely great.
And Bill thinking she wouldn't like gthe boxing and hence not inviting her.
And she totally did want to see her man fight in the ep!

Totally! Just wasn't too thrilled with the result! "Let me qualify, Bill. I wanted to see you kick someone's ass!"

You've got a little typo in a fun sentence, "He'd finally frakking her hard enough..." May want to fix it, since it's such a cool passage.

There's all sorts of little things we never found out eventually about New Caprica. Sure, we know why Lee and Kara are mad at least other, but why did Kara choose to leave the service in the first place? I sort of fudged on it myself, but at least I made an attempt!

Can't wait for the next chapter, that kissing scene was an extra deleted scene ;)
Yes, it is kind of funny to be writing even more flashbacks for poor Bill. It's a wonder he could walk, what with the movie rolling in front of his eyes the entire time!
