Three things that I learned at my 6th Safety and Security meeting at AMC:

1. Every joke is funny when you have only had 3 hours of sleep.
2. Chocolate for breakfast is actually a great idea, I don't care what anyone's mother says.
3. Being passive aggressive comes more naturally to you the higher up you climb the corporate ladder.

While I was at work last night, Rick had Sue and Phil over, and one of them put in my Cocteau Twins CD. Imagine my surprise when I hit play on what I think is my Matchbox Twenty CD without paying any attention, and all of the sudden I hear two females wailing like cats in heat instead. Whew. It is like taking a drink of what you think is soda with your eyes closed, and being surprised with milk instead.

There is a trailer for 'Tim Burton's Corpse Bride' before 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy', and even though we were crazy busy last night, I snuck away to watch it. I have seen the trailer online, but only in poor quality. It was pretty rad to see it on a big ol' theatre screen.

The Sissies are recording a 4 song demo CD today. For free, too. And because they do not have to pay to have it recorded, they are not going to charge anyone who wants a copy, either. And that means that I get to do tons of cover art on Ziplock bags, because we are too cheap to buy jewel cases! It is also easier to throw plastic baggies from stage, and they have a show on the 7th that they will be tossing their demo into the crowd at. HAHA.

Value Village time.
