stupid clouds
I got a new bike! And she was FREE! I had to do a little work on her, but she's a real beaut now. Perhaps I'll post a picture some day... I really want to take her for a spin, but it's been so cloudy & overwhelmingly hot & the threats of thunderstorms - ALAS! I still need to find some little dongles to make valve caps out of. I found a little plastic frog somewhere a few days ago, but threw it away thinking "I don't need to accumulate more stuff". Then, a day later, of course I found a great use for that little froggy. *sigh*
Tomorrow I go as my best friend Ingrid's date to her high school reunion. This seems appropriate as less than 15 people actually responded to the invitation saying they were going, and I will know at least one other person besides her who will be there (yay Marie!). I suppose I should mention that I did not go to the same high school that she did. Anyway, I think it will be fun. A.k.a. I will be getting my jag on.
I redyed my hair FINALLY. I may have actually found a place to live while on my internship that does not consist of a cardboard box in any way. And I make the best damn chocolate zucchini cake this world has even tasted.
