SNOW!!!!!!
is anybody else having a freak out reaction to this snow?
now that it's warmer out and the end is (supposedly) in sight I'm enjoying the crazy storm (esp. since we can stay home and be safe and warm inside). but I still just keep looking outside and saying: OMG!!!! that's so much snow!!!!!!!!! I've rarely seen this much snow this far west and south. at holden of course we have heaps of snow -- but that's in the mountains.
we just went for a walk around the field and it was beautiful. the snow is powdery and soft. five inches here? and falling.
last year we never got any snow at all on the farm. it fell once or twice, but no accumulation. so this is a big change.
I keep calling other people and checking facebook to see what people think. it's one of those events that I want to talk about and compare experiences.
I do hope it really ends soon though. I'm starting to get cabin fever. I have projects to do but I can only spend so much time inside each day ............. yet the snow keeps falling and falling.
