We're almost there...

Welcome to Finals Week. At least we're all done with recitals!!! MT '09 WOOF WOOF!!!! I am so proud of my class-- we all kicked ass and took names!! There was not one bad recital AND everyone supported one another. Beauteous.... it's kinda sad we have such a short time left and then a long strech 'til we're together again but it's okay. This semester we've really come together and London is going to kick ass as is next semester for those who are staying. As for now I cannot wait for finals to be O-V-E-R.

You know what sucks? An 8AM religion final. As in this morning.

You know what rocks? Friends who will bring me wings and not make me put pants on. :-D

I recently read Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer (who pretty much will father my children) and it was LIFe CHANGING! If you have the opportunity please go out, get a copy, have yourself a read. It really is amazing. I'm afraid to say more for fear of giving anything away. Oh, and for anyone who is interested-- there is GREAT monologue material in there!!

Next on my list of things to read:

*The Life of Pi by Yann Martel (Everyone seems to be raving about it.)
*Everything is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer (It may be crazy but when I find an author that I like I usually go out and read all their stuff.)
*Quakeland by Francesca Lia Block
*Blood Roses by Francesca Lia Block
*I have to get the name but there is a fascinating book we've done readings from in my religion class about the roles of women in religion and taboo practice involving them, etc...
*ALL THE LONDON READING... I just got the list... there's maybe 15 books. I am so pumped!!!

... and still not wearing pants... :-D
