The Tick sat in his chair, studying the class rosters and pictures of the new students. He would be studying these for a while in an attempt to be completely set for this semester.

Lorne made a grand entrance into the office. "Dean-o! Tic-Tac! How are you babe! You look good! Have you been juggling extra heavy kittens because you look fab!"

"Hello, Lorne!" Tick beamed. "I'm excited for the new semester and alternate universes! To what do I owe the honor, chum?"

"Stupendous favor to ask Deanie Dean the adminstrative machine," Lorne replied. "I need a guest judge for music class this Friday. In your honor all the students are going to sing a song in the name of Justice!"

"Well, if Justice is the name of the game, then consider me Judge Tick the Musically Interested!" Tick said.

"Excellent! See you Friday and wear your best set of tights!" Lorne said with glee. "Are you sticking with the blue color? I have to know just so I can wear something different."

"I actually only have the one set of tights," Tick said. "So I'll be sticking with it!"

"If you have only one set of tights you're probably stuck to it!" Lorne replied and died laughing. "Bwah! I kill me!"

Lorne headed for the door. "Friday! Don't forget! The chocolate milk is on me!"

"Weighing the relative musical talents of teenagers is now on my schedule for Friday, along with Deaning and Defending Righteousness!" Tick said. "I'll see you then!"
