The best way to get your fic out there is to post it to one of the fic comms - I recommend padackles - because then it will be picked up by the SPN Newsletter. Make sure that you have the pairing, rating and type of story it is in the header so they can code it correctly - I usually include all of that in the subject line.

EG: "Title" [NC17] Sam/Dean

And note that it's gen, het or slash in the notes.
