Grendel and Pictures
I hope the title isnt too misleading, the two dont have anything to do with each other.
First: I have become a Panoramio drone. I go there all the time and see how my pictures are doing, how popular they are. Panoramio is the website where you submit pictures to go on google earth. If you're borde, you can go to Panoramio's website and look me up. To do this, you'll have to go to tags and search in the tags for Massasoit. Ive got the only picture, by ru jay. That should provide a link to my page where you can look at all my pictures. :-D But only if youre bored.
Second: I was in my grammar class the other day and we were talking about parts of speech (verbs, nouns, pronouns, adverbs, etc etc). And my professor asked us if there were only two parts of speech, what would we vote them to be. Most of the class voted for nouns and verbs. But this one girl raised her hand and said, "I'd vote for pronouns and verbs because I hate saying 'cat did this and cat did that', and for nouns, I'd just grunt and point". I loved that quote. So I wrote it down. I loved it so much, that in my next class where we are studying Beowulf, I started doodling Grendel ... and then I doodled him pointing. and then i gave him the caption: For nouns, grunt and point.
