best argument I have read thus far
The strongest argument against biblical egalitarianism that I have encountered is this:
Gender Roles are designed to illustrate the relationship of Christ and the Church. Just as Christ is the head, males are the head. Just as submission in the trinity doesn't devalue any member then submission to male authority in marriage doesn't devalue women.
I need to more closely consider this argument.
