What to do...What to do??
Well, now that all my exams have been finished since this past Tuesday, I've been hanging around my house not really doing anything! LOL! I now have a load of things that I can catch up on...cleaning my room, and desk...emailing family in Canada, and other friends that I haven't been in contact with for some time! I also need to write up a CV so I can apply for a paying job at the school for the beginning of the summer! That will be fun...I was talking to someone and they said that working for around 4 weeks could earn you a pay of around 700 euros! WOW!!! Making plans for what I will be doing next year is also going to be a major part of my life for the next two weeks or so...I have to do a LOT more research on things I could do for a Gap year, and then if that doesn't work out, I have to make choices for University in Canada! WAHOO!!! I got all my teachers to sign the paper for returning books and things and so I am free from this school until graduation! hahaha!!! That will be a blast! Cuz then after grad we have our Senior Trip for a week where I will be able to chillax(lobve that word Tati!), and then I will be going to the UK for a couple of days, coming back and hopefully getting a job at the school! I have some major work to do for the piece I will be playing with Nic, Annie, and Laila for our graduation! Its a pretty cool piece but I have some really hard parts to do with technique and it goes really fast which makes these problem areas harder to do! LOL!!!
On another note, I woke up at just around 11am today! I never usually wake up so late! In the sense that my room has a slanted roof and I have this window above my bed, and so in the morning if I wake up and see any light out of the window I can't fall asleep! Even pulling the blind down over the window of pulling my sheets over my head doesn't help! But this morning it DID!!! I was able to go back to sleep. Mind you I am an early riser! LOL!!!
I was also just thinking about who would most likely get an award at the awards ceremony. Now that are the most obvious people for the sports awards, as well as those in academics, but I wonder who will get the award for music, or strings class. I know that Nic, Annie, and Laila, are definetaly candidates, but to be honest, I think that that is the only "class" that I would be able to get an award! I mean, I don't exactly scream award material for academic classes! LOL!!! I don't even think it is necessary to get an award, although I think that it is right to recognize others for their achievements. hehehe! Well, I just wanted to say that all you(my dearest friends) deserve an award for all the hard work you put into your studies as well as for the love and kindness that you have shown me in our friendship!
Another thing that just striked me, is that if I went to Uni in Alberta for example, I would be able to not only visit Tati at Uni, and be close to my mom's side of the family, but I would also be able to visit other people, like Annie, Joanna, Kate, Rachel, and others! LOL!!! I think...although I'm not too good when it comes to the geography of the US!!! LOL!!!
I feel soo gloomy due to the terrible weather outside...theh rain, clouds, and wind all make me feel sad and tired. Like I don't want to do anything today(although I do want to hang out with people), in the sense that I don't want to clean up my room and put away things! I guess it has to do with the denial part of things finishing up here at school and that we will all be moving on and doing new things! Oh well!!! Here comes a new "chapter" in our lives!
We must stay in contact over the following years, and keep meeting up! We have all developed wonderful and meaningful relationships with each other and that valuable for their own reasons, and I think that it is more that important to keep in contact with those whole have helped as well as taking part in the "growing" up and "maturation" we have all gone through!
I will never forget all the great times we have all shared and the memories that will remain timeless! I have been truly blessed with the friends I have made and the lives that have influenced mine! I will honestly never forget the people who I hold dearly to my heart because it is those who make an imprint on out soul and memory that will remain with me forever!
