I am so stressed out about final projects, essays, exams, it feels like my mind will implode! However, I was doing the last of my zoo observation today, and I spent some time alone observing the female gibbon, Sakura. She reminds me of myself when she sits with her knees up to her chin, constantly scanning - a high-anxiety primate after my own heart.
So on facebook this guy, Steve, for whom I fell and who was a jerk, has his status as "I can't wait to see you...." It's funny how, when a guy uses a line on you, you think he's never used it on anyone else. And so I looked at it, wondering how many other girls he was telling that to while we were dating (and boy did I fall for it), and who is about to fall for it now. Just a thought.
