Bogus robocalls in Florida are calling areas with minorities and claiming you can vote by phone. Probably more convincing are official looking fliers with a copy of the Virginia State Board of Elections letterhead that are being distributed in areas with minorities claiming that Democrats and Democrat supporters are to vote on November 5th due to the large turnout expected.
