Foot update

Well, I saw the podiatrist every week for 6 weeks and had my left foot wrapped. Last week he told me to take off the wrap after this last week, and try to see how my foot did now.

The purpose of wrapping it like he did, was to take weight off the inside of the foot, and hopefully make that tendon that was stretched out a bit contract some. So hopefully it will be okay now.

He said to keep wearing 'good shoes' with support. Darned thing is that those New Balance shoes I get usually cost about $200 a pair. I am definitely not going to be able to buy a new pair this week, I usually pay my bills this part of the month. (Beginning of the month.) So maybe in two weeks time I can get another pair. I definitely won't have the money this paycheck. (I get paid by American Greetings every other week.)

If I develop any more foot issues, I have to call the doctor back, and then I might end up needing a brace for my foot. I didn't ask what type of brace.

My right leg has been very very achy. I'm not sure if it's the fibroid acting up, or if it's that I'm putting more stress on the leg thanks to having the left foot wrapped.

Poor Paloma has developed an ear infection, so she's had to go to the vet twice already. Darned doggie.

I put some art supplies up for sale on Craig's List, but no one's biting.....

Anyway.....

animals, health
