No running for me today...today's weight training. Ok maybe a mile in the morning, haven't decided. Mother dearest has given me some errands to run, so I need to get those done before anything. I just heard today that the israelites are pulling out of the Gaza strip.
On another note, I've lost my cool irish hat I got from american eagle, probably for the better...it needed to be retired. But now I like to don the old [pimpness] from when I cruised in the bug...off with me.

-rode all around concord looking for that dang recruitment office, passed it atleast twice...They didn't tell me it wasn't where it was supposed to be.
-changing the oil in the Impala today, tryin out some fully synthetic instead of the real stuff...supposedly fully syn lasts longer...say 10-30,000 miles before the next oil change, so that's my way of boycotting the damn high oil costs ...but afterwards ol' girl's gettin a bath
-reheated one of daddy's ooo sooo yummy hamburgers yummm
