And so it's done. I'm sad, but happy to get back to reality for a little while. Rehearsals for Annie will start in the summer and while it's not my favorite show, I can't wait to get back to work.

Highlites of this theatrical experience include, but aren't limited to:

-Being a pirate and getting to act like a complete dork on stage!

-Hanging with "The Moms" and the fellow pirate boys who always made life enjoyable.

-Being the OCD Maid backstage and dusting all the dirty Lost Boys.

-Doing make-up for me and Kate: black eyes and dirt smudges are awesome!

-Experiencing the awesomeness that is the guest artists from the LA cast. I love them all!!!

And last but certainly not least...

Flying was something I was so excited to do, probably because I will never get the chance again. It was painful, but so worth it and it's something I will always remember. I loved our "Flying Dads" and Russ, the boss, for making me feel safe, as comfortable as possible and that I enjoyed the experience.

This show was not without stress. If you've read my other blogs you know how frustrated I was with the kids and everyone around me. But, like most shows, it came together at the last minute and everything went beautifully! I will miss this show because it's one of my favorite shows of all time. But the fact that I finally got to go to Neverland will stay with me as long as I live.

"Then come with me where dreams are born
And time is never planned
Just think of lovely things
And your heart will fly on wings
Forever
In Never Neverland"-Peter Pan
