To be truthful, I'm not sure what all it's for, but I'm discovering it does some amazing things simply when you touch the buttons on it.

It's not too hard. I haven't done much with it, but it looks like you can send messages with text or video or audio depending on what you want. The book said it has a built in radio, too.

Here, look. [Wataru pulls out his own Pokégear and starts pointing out all the different buttons.]

This one will let you send a video of yourself live to other people, and this one lets you talk through it like it's a phone. And you can send messages by typing them using this button.
