[Mitsuru's end of the network has been rather quiet lately, if only because she's been busy with both her new job, some heavy training, and a bit of brainbreak concerning a few of the newer arrivals. But finally, after observing a few gym matches for herself, she takes an afternoon off to try her own hand at beating Violet City's resident bird master.
... the video the network gets isn't of a fight. It's of the Violet City gym's battlefield, covered in ice, with Penthesilea the Dewgonng looking rather pleased with herself as Falkner shakily recalls his Pidgeot. Who is currently frozen in a block of ice.

That was quite an invigorating match. I must admit, there was a point where I thought your superior speed would trump Penthesilea's type-advantage.
