Summary: It was supposed to be a simple case of meeting a new Slayer. Then Giles points her in the direction of a shapeshifter and Buffy's night just goes downhill from there.
Spoilers: Buffy - through Chosen. I also reference an event from The Gatekeeper Trilogy books and use one element from the season 8 comics though you won't even know what it is if you haven't read them. Supernatural - Nightshifter

Notes: Written for the Once More With Buffy challenge at Route 66. I chose the episode Nightshifter. I couldn't find a transcript so I had to watch the episode and pause it every minute or something for the dialogue so it's not exact. Anyway, it's last minute but it's done.
