Okay, it's like everyone here has forgotten that a library is supposed to be quiet. Including the professor that is in here!! He's talking loudly to a student and another one that is sitting a ways away. So that makes everyone else think they can talk loud. So how can I tell someone else they can't talk on their cell phone when everyone else is

I've noticed that too, that libraries are more community centers now, instead of quiet places of academic worship.
