5 vids I really like

I really admire people who can put visuals together, either art or videos. I can play with words to my heart’s content, but pictures are way beyond me. Here are five vids that have got under my skin over the years.

If you’re looking for a reminder that Buffy wasn’t just about quips and kicky boots, then
Bad Mood Rising by Robin’s Revenge is just the ticket. I love the use of a much more brooding version of this song to look at the darker side of Scoobydom.

Last of the American Girls by Rachel Wasserman is Faith in all her ass-kicking glory. I really like the editing here.

According to You by humblequill is the intriguing triangle of Spike/Xander/Giles. It’s short, but oh so pithy. Note: The picture quality is no longer great in this vid, but I still love the sentiment.

I love Lindsey as a character and Falling inside the Black by tesniskal reminds me of some of his best and worst moments. Also love the edit on this one.

Finally, I was trying to do five different creators, but I couldn’t resist highlighting this other one by Rachel Wasserman. Under Pressure is another super ensemble vid, and hey, the Scoobies, Bowie and Freddie Mercury in one great package - what’s not to love!
