Thankyou for warning for spoilers so considerately - but some people (or me, anyway) might think at first glance that it was a poll about spoilers, rather than a poll full of spoilers.

Could you maybe change it to "spoilery poll" instead?

Sigh. Strong Bangel shipper here. I gotta say, the fantasies about Spike were very confusing, and they made Buffy kinda look like a slut, or a least someone who doesn't have her head screwed on straight. Didn't she just promise her undying love to Angel? It seemed like they just threw a bone to the Spuffies, at the expense of the character's integrity.

I think she loves them both, maybe in different ways. Granted how that is represented here is less PG than on the show, but you see her fantasizing about both of them earlier in the comics series. Also in season 7 it may have seemed just as weird that she was kissing Angel and "basking" in his presence when the next episode, I believe, she was telling Spike she loved him.

Yep, she fantasized in Chosen about seeing Spike and Angel wrestle it out over her in "oil of some kind"

Oh I hope they don't kill Spike. That would be dire and surely a bit repedative after having done that already. Plus news from NYCC seems to suggest that Spike is safe. There will be areason he's not on the cover...don't know what...perhaps he and Dawn get transported to another dimension or something like that. Ahhh probably not ;)

Why would anyone - Spuffy or Bangel - be surprised that Buffy would fantasise about Spike? the text (tv show) told us that she had feelings for both of them. This is not new people.

I hope that Spike won't betray Buffy. But I imagine he would do so if it were for the greater good. I think he knows that he has her trust and that puts him in a good position to be the betrayer.

But I think more signs are pointing towards Giles or Willow being the betrayer. I am also not happy with that, but it makes more sense to me.

Oh, and as to whether Spike will die - I think it's a possibility but it would suck for him to die twice in the same place. And he could always come back again, I guess :) I just don't think it will have the drama, of say, Dawn dying. Not that I want Dawn to die, either.
