From This: To This: Or This:
Step 1: Duplicate Soft Light, Duplicate Soft Light, Duplicate Screen all set to 100%. you can obviously change the opacity to lower if you'd like. Now merge those layers.
Step 2: Duplicate that layer and then go to Color Balance and put these values in:
midtones: +57, +7, -2
shadows: +12, -6, -15
highlights: 0, 0, 0
Step 3: Duplicate that Layer and now to enhance the colors in the image go to Colors > Auto > Color Enhance, Depending on the image the Color Enhance some times makes the image look weird so just play with the opacity
Step 4: Duplicate and go to hue+saturation and move the saturation to 35%
Step 5: Now add a new fill layer and fill it with #678ff7 and set it to Overlay 25%
Step 6: Here is where I'm probably going to really confuse you... There are two different ways you can do this, the effect is slightly different so if you do it this way but before you do either add this texture and set it to Soft Light: (the texture is optional)
Way 1: Merge Layers, New Fill Layer Filled With #a91356 and set to Lighten Only 50%, New Fill Layer Filled With #1b170f set to Lighten Only 100%, Duplicate the #1b170f layer and set it to Multiply 20%
Way 2: Layer New Fill Layer Filled With #292525 set to Screen 100%, Duplicate Screen 100%, Duplicate Subtract 100%, Merge, New Fill Layer With #a91356 Lighten Only 50%
