I put these two tutorials together because they are very similar. Hope you enjoy!
Tutorial #14 Red Sky at Morning
From This: To This: Or This:
Step 1: step one is always the easiest sharpen, lighten, ect. and after your done doing that then duplicate your base.
Step 2: after you go to go to Colors > Auto > Equalize the Equalize sometimes makes the image look weird just change the opacity it so. and then go to Colors > Components > Channel Mixer and put these values in:
Step 3: Now yours going to add three new fill layers by going to Layer > New Layer and fill all three with #131561 set the first one to Screen, the second to Screen, and the third to Subtract. Quick tip if your ever trying to translate a photoshop tutorial and they say set layer to Exclusion then just do Screen, Screen, Subtract. You can also change the opacity on each of the layers to your liking. For the ones on this tutorial I changed the opacity on each layer to 40% but for the Bargaining tutorial make the opacity at least 100% but you can always play with the opacity just as long as you like it.
Step 4: Image > Merge Visible Layers and then duplicate and go to Colors > Components > Channel Mixer and put the same values in as before.
Step 5: This is optional you can put this texture on top and set it to Screen, Lighten Only, or Soft Light:(not sure who to credit for the texture)
