Relay For Life!
Sorry to spam you if you've already seen this from me on Facebook and/or Twitter today. On April 16th I will be participating in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life at Boston University for the 2nd time. I am very excited to be a part of this fabulous event again.
This cause is especially close to my heart this year because my uncle passed away in June 2010 after a two year battle with brain cancer. Previously, my grandfather passed away in 2005 from pancreatic cancer. In addition, parents of some of my closest friends are currently fighting the disease. I am proud to be participating to support them and to honor my own family members.
Any donation, no matter how small, helps! I know this is a tough time, but it's for an amazing cause and I would appreciate it so, so much. Donate in honor of a friend or family member you have who is fighting/fought cancer.
