Well, this week has been nonstop which is good for me- I'm busy, but bad as I don't get to update here as much as I'd like.

The birthday was wonderful, fab, crazy, etc. The party started at 7.30 and went for a full 12 hours. I'm not joking. The sing a long started somewhere about 3:30 and just went on and on and on. I went to bed not far into it. And, as I woke up on Sunday morning, well, it wasn't pleasent. I had a hangover like none others. It lasted all day and the more I 'shocked' my brain with water, green tea, etc the worse it got. Not really surprising I guess. But, how I ached.

Monday following was a bank holiday, so a few of us girls went for a walk. 14 miles. Yup. I felt cool. I got a blister like you wouldn't belive, but I got over it. 14 miles. Wicked!

Then David and I went to Oban for a few days. I did nothing really. It was lovely. I haven't had a proper holiday in ages. It was really good to chill out some. We did take a few lovely drives around the highlands. I saw the Harry Potter bridge! We also got some really good, fresh, oysters while looking at the loch they came from. Ah. It was heaven.

Then on Thursday I voted in the UK elections. How cool am I? I can vote in two countries!

Friday I did nothing either. I was going to do things, but then I thought, I have to work again tomorrow, so I should enjoy my last day of freedom by reading in bed. So I did.

Saturday, worked at LUSH. Then went out with said girls again for to see a band and drink beer. It was a good giggle.

Sunday, helped David move to Glasgow. Yup. He now lives around the corner. It's almost all too easy. I have to restrain myself sometimes.

Now, back to work and work and work. It's been busy having to catch up from last week, and finish things before next week, which is when we go to Nice. We will be there the same time as the Cannes Film Festival. God help me.

Oh, on a side note-- David let me drive his car a little last week. It's the first time I've been behind the wheel in over a year. It felt good, even if the car is built the other way round!

Right, off to the waxer's now. De-fuzzing is GOOD!
