(no subject)
I just found out that my friend Ken of 16 years (and boyfriend of 4 months back in college, but that hardly counts) and his wife are going to have a baby! YAY. I'm so excited for them.
Universal was fun yesterday. We rode Dueling Dragons (both sides), River Adventure (Jurassic Park), The Hulk, had lunch at Margaritaville, headed to the other park and did The Mummy, Jaws, MIB (Casey kicked all of our asses badly with a score of 200,000 something), saw the cool new Simpsons Ride building (not open yet, boo... but there was a Kwik-E-Mart with cool Simpsons merchandise), rode the Woody Coaster, ET, The Mummy again, and then went back to Islands to ride Spiderman. We avoided lines by doing the single rider line every chance we got, and Spiderman's was closed most of the morning, which is why we went back later. So then when we finally rode it there were other issues. First they put us on the ride without 3-D glasses because they ran out or something. Lame. And then they let us ride again, this time with glasses, and then the movie screens died out halfway through. I've ridden Spiderman a zillion times and neither of those things had ever happened to me. Then yesterday, one after the other. Ha. They said we could ride again but we didn't want to. We had dinner at Bubba Gump, which is always delicious, and headed home.
Fun stuff. I'm glad to be at work again though... I'm tired after 4 very busy days. And I'm thrilled that Casey is on Spring Break and thus there are no evening activities to run to. YUS.

I took this one in the ball factory. She was throwing balls at me at very close range (OW, brat) and I was trying to get her to go away by taking her picture, which as you know is the perfect Casey repellent. I took this while she kept putting her hand up and throwing balls at me. So yes it's blurry, but I'm amazed I got one that looks this good with all that was going on! Camera allergies apparently run in the family, because Vincent was fighting Debbie just as hard all day when she tried to take his picture. LOL
And here are a few with her brother (I KNOW, they actually let us take these!). Can't you see the love? Just like any brother and sister, LOL.
