(no subject)
I don't know what the deal is with Thursdays, but for the last 3 I've been stuck in traffic jams on my way home from work. Last night it was because of an accident, last week it was because of rain, and I never even found out what the deal was the week before that. SIGH. So once again Casey was late for gymnastics, but only a few minutes, so no biggie. Although I did tell her to feed herself some dinner, and later found out that she had cheetos and cheezits. UGH, I guess I have to be more specific about WHAT she should eat next time.
So I dropped her off, grabbed a few groceries, went home to put them away, had some spaghettios for dinner (hadn't had them in ages, and I know I'm 8 for saying this, but they are damn yummy), and got back in time for the last 5 minutes or so of her practice. Here's a tiny video I took there (hm, gotta change the settings on my phone so these come out bigger). You go girl.
EDIT: Photobucket is taking its sweet time uploading the video. Don't know why, it's only like 3 seconds long. I'll put it in another post when it's done.

Weekend plans - Tonight I'm going to my 3rd surprise party in 2 months. If we keep throwing these for each other, they won't be surprises anymore, LOL. This one is for Melanie. Tomorrow we have zero plans... maybe we'll go to a movie or something, maybe I'll clean the house. Who knows? Sunday is church and breakfast with my parents (which we haven't done in a long time. Last week we slept in after Mardi Gras, and both weeks before that Casey was sick) and then Casey has another cookie booth that afternoon. That's it. Not a whole lot, but sometimes I like it that way.
Willow is still sleeping with me. Here she is this morning, all covered up because it was cold when we woke up. Spoiled rotten. :o)
