(no subject)
Casey just left for a sleepover. She tried to ask if she could have her friend over here instead, but I told her she was not having anyone over until her room got cleaned. I mean really, you can't even walk in there without stepping on something. She said "Well, we can just sleep in the living room." Right, you're going to have a friend over and never enter your room because you don't want to clean it. I don't think so. This house is not that big, and I don't need them hanging around me the whole time. So anyway, yeah she went over there instead. The house is so quiet now! It's been kind of noisy around here with the Wii and her playing her new Maroon 5 CD constantly, so this is nice. Seriously, I like Maroon 5, but I've come to realize that only lasts a few minutes. After that it gets really old. Ha.
Anyway, last night we stayed up until nearly 2 AM because we're crazy like that. But today we slept until almost noon. Still, I've been pretty productive. I got the house pretty clean, I'm working on laundry, and in a few minutes I'm going to run out to get groceries. We also saw the Chipmunks movie today. It was really cute. The girl that played Claire looked extremely familiar to me, and it's driving me nuts that I don't know why. I looked her up on IMDB and it turns out her name is Cameron Richardson, but the listing of what she's been in shows I don't really know her. She must just look like someone else. I had thought she was the girl who played Andie on Dawson's Creek at first. She also looks like Emily DeRaven. Anyway, whatever. Good movie.
We are indeed going to Holyland with my parents tomorrow. I'll have to pick Casey up from her friend's house on the way. She'll probably be tired. Oh well, she'll live. She'll be going home with my parents for the night, because I'm going downtown with the crew for happy hour fun. It works out well... I have to work on Saturday at 1, so my parents are just going to keep her and I can sleep in until time to go. I have to do one of those park shifts they make us do when it gets busy. You're supposed to do 2 four hour shifts, but if you sign up for a weekend one you only have to do one six hour shift. I'm going to be a balloon handler in the parade. That should be fun. The parade is at like 5 though and my shift is until 7, so I'm not sure what they are going to have me do after that. I think the time before it is for training.
Okay... now to browse my friends page for a bit and then head off the Target...
