(no subject)
I have just about wrapped all my Christmas presents. Woo. Casey is still working on her reindeer, so I have to wait on that. And I'm also waiting for a Ticketmaster gift card (for my parents) to come in the mail, and the Hannah tickets. But I already have boxes ready for those, so all I have to do is stick them in there and put it under the tree. I hope they arrive on time. If not I'll just make something on the computer that basically says it's on the way and wrap that.
Aside from the wrapping, last night I also managed to load and run the dishwasher, do a couple of loads of laundry, and clean the toilets. Alright!
Clash of the Choirs was pretty good last night. Tonight is the finale. I liked the Bumblebee song Nick's choir did, except that I didn't really want it to be the entire song. Eh, it was really cool anyway. Casey said it was amazing. I think that's my favorite choir now. I'm very happy with the top 3. Anyway, the songs the directors sang with their choirs - wasn't that supposed to be the song that made them famous? Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Patti? What? I thought for sure they'd do Respect. I would like to have seen all the choirs (the eliminated ones included) do theirs. I wonder what song Michael Bolton would have done. Maybe How Am I Supposed To Live Without You? When a Man Loves a Woman? Oh well. Also, I might be a Blake Shelton fan now. I liked that song he did, and he's kind of cute, no?
I guess I forgot to turn on my alarm clock last night, because I woke up at 9 today. I did manage to get Casey to school on time, but I was an hour late to work. Whatever, my boss is off until Wednesday. I just need to make up the time by skipping lunch and working a little late.
