My Thoughts on the 2010 Golden Globes Noms
I'm really excited with this years Golden Globe nominations!!! :D Some really great shows, movies, and actors got nominated and so did a Beatle!!! :D However, there were a few snubs too. :( But first the good:
First I want to say that YAY for Paul McCartney for getting a Golden Globe nom for Best Song in a Movie!!! :D His song is "I Want To Come Home" from the movie "Everybody's Fine"!!! :D That is such a GREAT song!!! <3 Yay for Macca!!! :D
I'm really excited that Mad Men, Jon Hamm, and January Jones all got nominated!!! :D They were fantastic this year!!! :D I'm SO hoping they win their catagories. ;)
Then Glee, Matthew Morrison, Lea Michelle, and Jane Lynch all got nominations too!!! :D That is totally awesome and they SO deserve it!!! :D
Also yay for Modern Family getting a nomination for Best TV Comedy, and Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, and 30 Rock back in their catagories too!!! :D And Neil Patrick Harris!!! :D
Now in the movies catagory, I'm really excited for "The Hurt Locker"!!! :D I just keep hearing great things about that movie and I want to see it SO bad!!! ;) They got a lot of nominatons too, and I'm really excited for it as well since it's Evangeline Lilly's movie too (even if she had a small part she's in it). :D Between THL, "Up in the Air", or "Precious", I want one of those to win Best Movie Drama. :D
Then Best Movie Comedy looks like a great race too with "500 Days of Summer", "The Hangover", and "Julie & Julia" all nominated!!! :D I want to see those too. ;)
Then I'm happy George Clooney got nominated for Best Actor Movie Drama!!! :D I want to see "Up in the Air", plus it's George!!! <3 And yay for Sandra Bullock too!!! :D She's such a great actress and she got nominations for both Drama and Comedy movies!!! :D Same with Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman!!! :D
Now for the snubs. :( I'm upset LOST didn't get nominated again. :( Michael Emerson did get a nomination, but how did the show not get nominated or another of the other fantastic actors??? :/ Also why aren't some of the other actors from Mad Men nominated either??? Same with The Big Bang Theory??? Hopefully since this will be LOST's last season will see them take plently of awards next year. ;)
