(no subject)
hi everyone.
well i was away fort eh long weekend and finally got back last night at like 8 pm...even thought i was suppose to be there at 6pm.
i was at naramata all weekend and had a super terrific time. Last year at bcsyc, we had about 50 people. this year a bunch of people from the junior conference were allowed to come up the the senior ones....so we had 100 or so peope there.
the only stupid things about the weekend was the 9 hour bus ride up there. Although Nathan and Shannyn were ont eh bus with us so for the first hour before anyone else was one we did the usual...played green day really loud because shannyn picked the right number and got to put on her music lol, and this tiem we were allowed to stand up. But by 12 the entire bus was full and we had to stay seated.
We stayed in Maple court this year which has a bunch of rooms in it and the first night we stayed up with our leader burce listening to Pink Floyd's dark side of the moon.
My small group was cool this year and it helped me realize alot of thingsin my life. Which is funny because last year it didn't. One night we skipped dinner and sat int eh lounge and talked baout everything. which was cool.
Dance was awesome due to more people. although we still can't figure out why they were playing harry potter on the screen.
yesterday was sad as it alwasy is. We ended up leaving late. everyone wants your email and pictures. Ride back was okay except when dirk alex and andrew picked u kazoos form the dollor store in priction. lol
it's sda that there is a good chance i wont be there next year. oh well. i'm going to try for a counsleer postion for the summer.
and the food was awesome but it always is. lol
