i like the idea of this
In the spirit of the upcoming High Holidays, I would like to take this opportunity to invite anyone I may have hurt, angered or offended this past year to make me aware of this fact so I can make ammends and we can resolve our differences. I realize this is a hard thing to do, and I promise not to use what you say against you or as an opportunity to fight, even if I don't agree. I will screen comments for privacy too.
