tk: mom, will you pleeeease tell me a buffy story? one with me in it?
me: *sigh* i don't know honey...i don't have any good ideas right now.
tk: and i want superpowers. like an x-man.
me: i'm sorry babe, not right now. maybe later, k?
tk: PUHLEEEEEZE!!!!11
me: . . .
tk: *cajoles* i'll give you extra loooove.
me: *amused* thanks, babe, but i'm all full up on love. i have just the right amount.
tk: *wheedles* i'll give you candy.
me: *dubious* what? you have a stash of candy hidden in your room? i don't think so.
tk: i'll give you money from my piggy bank! (puppy dog eyes + hugs = doom)
me: *caves* OKAY. you win. i'll tell you a story.
tk: \o/
so i tells the kid a story involving buffy, xander, willow, tk (with awesome mystique-like powers), vampires, daleks and cybermen. in the end xander tells tk he should be part of the scooby gang. SUCCESS!
