so.
last night i thought of a new fic idea.
it's completely crazy. like me.
i want to rewrite saving private ryan as saving private niland. and instead of captain miller and mellish and jackson and upham, etc, it'll be dick winters as captain, shifty powers as the marksman, toye instead of carparzo, vest as the clerk translator, roe as the medic, liebgott instead of mellish, guarnere as reiben..
after winters' kickassery at brecourt sink assigns dick and the team he picks to find niland.
i don't know if i can pull this off, but i think i want to try.
please tell me how this won't work and is 12 kinds of stupid so i can give up and watch the end of dollhouse.
