ETA: obviously sam needs to pay the trickster some serious cash and/or a lifetime supply of berry syrup so the trickster can whammy the crossroads demon and/or all of hell into thinking dean really died and is down there. when in reality, he and sam are off happily killing evil sonsofbitches and lipsyncing to journey and styx in the impala. *votes for tuesdays in hell*
